It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before ordering. Kalecious is not responsible for allergic reactions if information was not clearly communicated.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Timing

  • Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to preparation volume or external factors.

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services are outside of Kalecious’ control.

  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may no longer be suitable for consumption.
